2021-2022 Business Directory

Cardinal Crossroads Council is once again producing a Business Directory to be distributed digitally to ABWA members in Indiana and Ohio, ABWA District V, all participating businesses, and throughout various social media channels. If you'd like to have an ad in the directory, please follow the steps below. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

STEP ONE:

  • Determine what size ad you'd like to have.

  • Complete the Ad Purchase Form.

  • Submit the Ad Purchase Form with the appropriate payment amount to: Andrea Moore, 626N. Highland Ave., Indianapolis, IN. 46202

  • Council members receive 1 FREE ad during the promotional period that expires Aug. 9th.

STEP TWO:

  • Once your Ad Purchase Form and payment is received, you will be contacted by the directory ad designer, Christie Browning, to arrange delivery of your ad elements (i.e. business cards, photos, logos, text, etc.)

  • DO NOT include ad elements with your Ad Purchase Form.

    REMEMBER: Council members can receive 1free ad during the promo period.

STEP THREE:

  • Follow the instructions given to you after purchase to submit your ad elements.

  • Review your ad proof when it is sent for your approval.

  • Communicate any changes you'd like made to your ad design.

  • Wait for the directory to be completed and distributed. See Terms & Conditions linked below for distribution plans.

THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Advertisers are NOT limited to ABWA members. We welcome all businesses who want to participate.

  • Council members receive 1 free ad during the promo period that expires Aug. 9th

  • Please refer to the attached Terms and Conditions.

2021-2022 Business Directory Terms & Conditions

Reservation of Ad Space:

  • Ad space is reserved at the time the Ad Purchase Form is received as well as paymentfor the requested ad(s).

  • Ad elements (such as business cards, logos, photos, etc.) will be requested from the advertiser once the Ad Purchase Form and payment are received.

  • DO NOT include ad elements (as mentioned above) with your Ad Purchase Form.

Pricing for ABWA Cardinal Crossroads Council:

**FREE AD for Members - between July 19th - Aug. 9th, a 4-week promotional period.

  • Council members may include one (1) quarter-page ad (1/4 page) at no cost during the promotional period in their choice of vertical or horizontal design.

  • Council members may choose to increase their ad to a half-page ad for $10 during the promotional period.

  • Additional ads may be purchased beyond a Council member's initial free ad for $10 each.

**from Aug. 10th to Sept. 7th (ad received after Sept. 7th will be subject to a $10 late fee in addition to the ad itself):

  • Council members will need to purchase ad space: 1/4 page (vertically or horizontally) for $10 ea. or 1/2 page (vertically or horizontally) for $20 ea.

Pricing for NON-ABWA members & NON-COUNCIL members:

**From Aug. 10th to Sept. 7th (ad received after Sept. 7th will be subject to a $10 late fee in addition to the ad itself):

  • 1/4 page (vertically or horizontally) for $10 ea.

  • 1/2 page (vertically or horizontally) for $20 ea.

DEADLINES:

  • July 19th- Aug. 9th: 4-week promotional period for Council members only. The deadline for free ad space is August 9th. Ads submitted after this date will be subject to the above pricing structure.

  • Aug. 10th - Sept. 7th: Purchase period for all advertisers.

  • Sept. 8th - Oct. 9th: Ad elements will be collected with Oct. 9th as the deadline to submit ad elements and details. Late ads will be accepted during this time with a late fee of $10 in addition to the ad fee itself.

  • Oct. 31st - Distribution of the directory

ABWA Cardinal Crossroads Council makes no guarantees or claims regarding the distribution of this directory or the revenue advertisers may generate from its distribution.

Christie Browning

Christie is a five-time HSPA award-winning writer with a long resume of creative, compelling writing. Her background includes journalism and marketing, which allows her to bring a specialized voice to the pieces created for her clients. On her own, Christie has written for newspapers, online magazines and major publications. For her clients, Christie produces web designs, press and media releases, blog articles, downloadable worksheets and flyers as well as social media content. Her long-time career as an entrepreneur gives her unique insight into what her clients need to promote their products, services and messages.
